| At F/X, we approach things a little differently than what you might expect. We want to know what your vision is and bring it to life. We are a Design / Remodel company. This means convenient one stop shopping for you our valued customer. We’ve learned, over the years, that the design process helps reduce miscommunication, even on many smaller projects. And our design work can easily be used to draw permits, or be converted to construction drawings when necessary. |

| The biggest hurdle we’ve found when dealing with an addition or other remodeling project, in the 20 years we’ve been in business, is the difficulty visualizing the final outcome. With the CADD software we use, not only can you see what it will look like, you can see it from all the different angles, try different lighting, even different colors and materials. You will be part of the process right from the beginning. |

| Currently priced at $75.00 an hour, and generally starting at 6-8 hours for most projects, we’re sure you’ll be pleased with the results. Starting with what we call the "Design Phase", it includes a site visit, CAD Design work, an interactive “what if” session on the big screen, and an 11 x 17 layout of your finalized project design, usually several pages. The layout would include a footprint and several interior and exterior elevations or whatever is most applicaple to the project. |
