     F/X Repair started in 1989 in custom repair product sales to industrial plants and evolved to repair services in 1991 by obtaining a Contracting License with Oregon and adding the Washington License in about 1996.

     The heart of our business is virtually any type of interior/exterior structural or cosmetic repairs. Many of which are driven by some concerns of damage from water entry or maintenance against water or weather followed by remodels and tenant improvements. We complete much of our own work, except for larger spaces of stucco or EIFS cladding for exterior and when floor coverings are sophisticated with seam matches that are unique. We also sub special trade licensed skills. Our work covers residential/ office/ retail and industrial buildings. We are regularly into remodel and tenant improvement projects as a result of association with customers from repairs. Our crews’ backgrounds are typically from remodeling, repairs, and restorations rather than just new construction, so we have the benefit of knowing what historically works in a building or remodeling job. Especially in details that only 20/20 hind sight experience brings into our area of skills. The project management, estimation, and production staff uses the newest technology in job costing, tracking, and scheduling to assure you the most competitive cost for the quality you need and expect.
